There is this dog at martins cove.
He has a just has such a special spirit.
His story goes that the descendant of the original owner saw a man out walking 2 white dogs
(she loves 7 miles down a dirt road and there is no one around) the next day Oscar showed up on her porch.
Oscar is a frequent visitor to Martin's Cove during the summer, he goes on the treks with the kids. He always seems to stay near the children with special needs.
Maybe they have kindred spirits.
When we went for the river crossing, he showed up.
The missionaries said that he has never been there in the winter and has never gone on a river crossing until this year.
We have talked about what Oscar being there meant and who he was there for...
We can't come to a conclusion. Maybe the whole day was just a special experience.
