This is the Place

We tried to avoid the crowds for the 24th of July this year and

went up to This is the Place state park on the 23rd.
It was so much fun.

Abbey loved all the animal.

Her favorite were these little pygmy goats

(one was prego and SO cute. She was bigger round than she was tall.)

She got on a horse and could have stayed there all day. It almost makes me wish we had some.

She loved it all.

There was a group from California that reenacts the Mormon Battalion and the just adored her and showed her how to make rope.

She now carries it around tying things up.
