If you dont Love what you do, why do it?

I recently sent home some babes that I had been taking care of at work. And It got me thinking.
Ask me 5 years ago where I want to work and I would have answered I want to work for the Indian Health Services. Although I think I would still like that I would have NEVER dreamed how much I LOVE working in the Newborn ICU.

When I was interviewed for the NICU job; they asked why I wanted to work in there.
I thought " I really don't! I just want a JOB!"
I said " having worked on mom/baby, I see these families growing and I love being a part of that whether it is their first baby or their seventh."

This last few months have shown me how much that is true!
